Do Carbohydrates Have Self-Esteem Issues?

Over more than a decade of personal training in Red Deer I have seen so many fads come and go it’s ridiculous, however one argument rages on, are carbohydrates the bad guys?

If there is any macronutrient to suffer low self-esteem issues, carbohydrates are surely it. I’m not sure how they got such a bad wrap but it’s safe to say that should not be avoided like the plague like many people seem to think.
