With the completion of our new space One-to-1 Fitness is finally pleased to offer our community education program. We are both passionate and committed to changing the lives of the people in our community with health and fitness education. This passion has been the basis of all the services we currently provide here at One-to-1 Fitness.

Through the efforts of our community education program our goal is to provide a public forum for both our clients and residents in our community. These free seminars will provide additional knowledge about effective habits that lead to a healthier lifestyle and encourage weight loss, increased energy and overall good health.

As we implement and grow this program you can expect a variety of topics to be covered, some general and some specific. If you are currently not a client of One-to-1 Fitness here is a great opportunity to meet some of our coaches and be introduced to the strategies that have led to our client’s continual success. If you are already a client of One-to-1 Fitness you already know the benefit of continual education and coaching to improve your already improving habits; and it’s just great to hear you’re not the only one.

Expect our seminars to be fun, interactive, and educational. Watch for guest presenters and special topics. All the coming events will be listed in the News/Events section of the website and you may register for any of the seminars online through the member or guest logins, or by calling 403-341-4041.

Our first seminar goes next week on December 8, 2009 from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Josh Neufeld will speak about the basics of planning an effective nutrition program. This seminar is geared toward all of our new FIT Camp participants in determining daily caloric intakes and the breakdown and selection of foods for each meal. However if you’re not currently in one of our programs you can learn a great deal from this seminar. Please join us.
