What made you decide to visit One-to-1 Fitness?
I had a weak back. It would leave me crippled and in pain two to three times a year. I saw a friend of mine had lost a bunch of weight-was looking good, he said he was going to One-to-1 Fitness. The treadmill and just going to the gym was not working out so here I am.
What results have you exeprienced at One-to-1 Fitness?
I now have the strong back I have been looking for and improved shape to my upper body. I was not expecting my weight to change although it’s not perfect it has been much more consistent.
What do you think has been different about One-to-1 Fitness compared to other programs you have tried?
Having the one on one appointment works! Learning the exercises properly is important. We work on areas that are forgotten about in a regular gym. The triceps, the back, posture, etc.
Would you recommend One-to-1 Fitness to others?
I have recommended this program to other people. The trainers are great, the clientele is great. I am proud to be a part of such a “Conscious” group!!
