Fun Interactive Training Camp is anything but a traditional exercise program. Unlike most group exercise programs FIT Camp is taught by our highly qualified personal trainers. This means, in addition to rapid fat loss, our program is targeted at improving posture, flexibility, range-of-motion, and biomechanics. Small Group Personal Training
Ever thought it would be fun to workout with a friend or family member but still have the expertise of a personal trainer? Small Group PT is a one off of our extremely popular one-on-one training experience. Small Group PT offers you a chance to experience the core of our personal training system with the added benefit of peer camaraderie and as much as a 40% savings! Groups will consist of a maximum of 4 participants and individualized testing will ensure that sessions are targeted to the specific needs of the group.
