We all know that cardio is a key element to bot achieving and maintaining that trim and tone body that we all want. Or maybe you have that notion that you’d like to try running your first fun run or race?
Whether it’s getting in shape for summer, learning to run, enjoying the camaraderie of a group, or preparing for your first race this group is for you.
One-to-1 trainer Mike Martel is going to lead a group every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for the next 8 weeks starting on May 1st, 2013.
This 8 week program will include instruction, guidance, fun and a whole lot of support from your trainer and your teammates.
